Welcome to Younique Yoga! Our hot yoga studio is located in a central London, just 8min walking distance from Old street tube station. We believe that everyone is very special and unique in their own way. We offer several types of yoga designed to suite your own style, abilities and expectations. And so, Younique Yoga was born.

Our classes are taught at different paces and duration – most of which also include short meditations. The studio is typically heated between 30C – 36C. Such a friendly studio and I love all the different varieties of yoga on offer. The studio is Younique by name and definitely unique by nature from the moment you walk in. This is my haven from the hustle and the bustle of the City. The location is so convenient that I can get from my desk in the office to the serenity of the studio in under 10 minutes


unnamedAshtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Primary Series-8 limbs of yoga. Usually begins with Sun Salutations A and B is followed by standing and seating sequences of the postures. Vinyasa-the movement known in Ashtanga, is a connection between the breath and each asana. A dynamic practice suitable for the beginners and intermediate.

Rocket Yoga
Found by Larry Shultz from San Francisco, incredibly dynamic style that makes the heart beat faster. A workout with many hand stands or jumps as a variation, so far makes favourite for men and women who like more challenge in their daily practice. Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Hatha Yoga
The mother of all yoga styles. A gentle flow of the postures, linked into sequences, that every beginner would be able to follow and enjoy. Class usually start or finish with pranayama-breathing exercise or meditation.

Vinyasa Flow
Practice known from Vinyasa, a movement between each posture and breath, connecting them together and creating a flowing style that could be run at the different levels: from beginners to advanced.

Power Yoga
Is a more physically demanding style of yoga, designed to develop stamina, balance and flexibility. A dynamic class, that will make you feel great, leaving you energised and rejuvenated for the rest of the day. All levels.

Jivamukti Yoga
Style of yoga created by David Life and Sharon Gannon in1984. Is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga and vinyasa-based style. Our class is open to practitioners of all levels.

Shivananda Yoga
Is a classical hatha yoga style. This class encompasses proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. A typical class open to all levels includes: initiail relaxation-Savasana, Breath exercises-Pranayama:Kapalabhati, Sun salutation, 12 basic postures and final relaxation.

Hot 26 Yoga
A routine of 26 postures taken form Hatha yoga, performed in a heated room of 36-38C. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga. A way to calm the mind, find a physically, energetically and mentally balance. It compliments all other styles of yoga and exercises. Yin and yang are complimentary oppositional terms. Yin is the twin action of muscular relaxation and asks us to let our body rest and release in the posture to gently stretch the connective tissue or mayo fascia that form our joints. It is is cooler, stiller, and denser. Yang is dynamic, bright, active, flowing.
Most form of yoga practice are yang: you’re moving your body with rhythm and repetition therefore at least once or twice a week is good to balance is with Yin practice.
Inspired by the Modern Meridian theory, Yin yoga stimulates the Chi flow through the 12 main meridians. It can be a very therapeutic training because we investigate which poses affect which meridians.It was founded and first taught in the United States in the late 1970s by martial arts expert and Taoist yoga teacher Paulie Zink and now is being taught across North America and in Europe.

Kundalini Yoga
These practice enable you to merge with, or ‘yoke’ with, the universal Self. This merging of individual consciousness with universal consciousness creates a ‘divine union’ called yoga.Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter age or physical ability. It is a complete science that includes breath (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chanting (mantra) and meditation. It is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness through the raising of your kundalini.Kundalini Yoga you can build a healthy body, develop a balanced mind,make contact with your infinity, your innate inner wisdom as well as open the door so that you can exceed your full potential. It gives you the vitality and health that is your birthright. It makes you radiant, peaceful and strong so that you can meet life’s challenges and win.

Pregnancy Yoga
Is a beautiful way to connect with your baby, your breath and your body. During the class you will learn breathing exercises and positions for birth as well as building up strength and having a wonderful stretch to make room for your growing baby. You will come away from the class feeling lighter, empowered, supported and energised yet relaxed.

Mummies and babies
These class include postnatal exercises for mum-helping to safely knit back the abdominal muscles following pregnancy, regain control of the pelvic floor and provide well-earned relaxation for both you and your baby. Your baby will be entertained with songs that help you to bond, massage techniques to help with colic, digestion and movement that allows your baby to grow with confidence.
